1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Lisboa33 at all times. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Accurate date of birth.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Lisboa33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some payment providers may impose a small fee on their end. Please check with your provider before making a deposit.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals can be made to any Malaysian payment method that has been registered and verified on your Lisboa33 account. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The account must have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in full before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals made using bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements.
• Lisboa33 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific cases approved by Lisboa33 management.

• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours, all bets related to that event will be refunded as cash back to the member's account balance.
• In the event of a match ending with an unexpected result or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), Lisboa33 reserves the right to make the final decision on the settlement of the relevant bets.
• The minimum bet for sports is RM1 and the maximum varies depending on the sport category and market type.
• Lisboa33 reserves the right to restrict, reject, or void any bet suspected of involving match-fixing or insider information.
